Tomas Green
Technology Manager
Tomas Green (he/him) is a Technology Manager at DOE’s Hydrogen Office (HFTO) working on cross-cutting analysis and early-stage pilots and demonstrations of clean hydrogen. He was one of the primary authors on the U.S. National Strategy and Roadmap and has been working across the agency to advise the U.S. Treasury on implementation of the Clean Hydrogen Production Tax Credit. Previously, he was a Hydrogen Shot Fellow in HFTO, a Policy Analyst at Energy Futures Initiative working under former Secretary of Energy Earnest Moniz, and an MIT graduate from the Technology and Policy Program. He has a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Kansas.
