During Aspen Ideas: Climate 2024, the Future Leaders Climate Summit will take place, offering fellows the opportunity and access to networks and spaces that have historically excluded their voices. The Summit aims to gather the most diverse group of 22-30-year-olds for two and a half days to discuss climate policy, communications, career development, and leadership with climate and energy experts. The Future Leader Climate Fellows will work with these experts and each other to develop ideas and recommendations for wicked problems facing their communities today, from mitigating climate change, to adapting to extreme weather impacts, to preparing for a rapidly changing world that likely will include more political unrest, forced migration, and security issues.
